UPVC Windows and Doors – Why Replace when you can Restore?
UPVC window and door frames are a common material used with the construction industry for many types of buildings – homes, hotels, schools, offices, etc. Glossy white is the most usual finish, however, powder coatings are proving a more modern look and you will often find a green or dark grey look on some developments.
After a few years, they can look very tired and often incur damage. Whether it’s a burglary that’s caused the damage, simply a new puppy excitedly jumping at your windows or indeed weather damage, UPVC can be repaired effectively without the need for the upheaval, expense and hassle of arranging a replacement.
Top tip: if a piece of a UPVC frame has chipped off, please keep that piece and drop us a line. You can contact us via WhatsApp on 07841 027828 or via email: firstname.lastname@example.org. A brief message attaching a photograph of the damage is the perfect way to make a request from Surface Heroes as to whether a cosmetic repair is possible, how long the repair will likely take and where you are located; we can then provide an accurate quote for the work.
The photographs in this blog header are three examples of work completed recently by the Surface Heroes team and you will find more images on Instagram and our gallery page on the website: www.surfaceheroes.co.uk.
